Refund Policy

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES POLICY

Refunds can be requested within 3 days of receiving your item(s). The date of arrival as per the tracking delivery date indicates day 1 of receiving your item(s)

We authorize refunds for products: Incorrect color, incorrect size received, damaged items (eg. malfunction zipper). Please include images of defect in your email to us

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer any returns on accessories, personal beauty products, jewelry, intimates (including bodysuits, bralettes, lingerie), swimwear, electronics that have been used

There are no refunds on orders placed on store credit, sale items with a $10 or more discount, washed or worn apparel, festive items such as Halloween/Christmas themed costumes/outfits 

There are no exchanges

 

How To Request A Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund by emailing UnordinaryLuxuries@gmail.com

Please include your name & order # when requesting a refund

Buyers are responsible for the return postage

Once you are approved for a refund, you must ship the item back within 3 business days (shipping date must be within 3 business days of us approving the refund)

If you choose to ship the package back without a tracking number, we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages

Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours once we receive the package

 

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We always ship to the addresses provided to us at checkout. We are not responsible for any packages delivered to incorrect addresses. You have the option of providing a phone number if you would like at checkout. 

 

Order changes/cancellations

Once an order has been placed, there cannot be any changes. We do not accept any cancellations 

 

Orders Returned to Sender

You are responsible for tracking your packages & making sure you pick up packages from the postal office if required. We are not responsible for any packages returned to us. There are no refunds in these instances

 

Custom Fees/Taxes

This does not happen often but once in awhile, receiving a package may require you to pay a fee. You are responsible for paying any additional taxes and fees at the time of receiving your package. If you refuse that payment, you are not eligible for a refund. We do not decide whether you would be required to pay a fee or not. This is something we have no control over

 

Closed Orders

After 45 days (from the shipped date), your order is closed. If you do not receive your order & you do not contact us within the 45 days, we unfortunately can no longer provide any refunds
