SHIPPING

Unordinary Luxuries has partnered up with merchants & artisans all around the world to provide you with the best & most unique products.

Your order is shipped from global areas such as USA, Canada, Germany, Ireland, China, Australia, Etc.

All orders have a 5-7 day processing time

Shipping times

United States: 10 - 15 days

Canada: 10 - 20 days

Everywhere Else: 15 - 25 days

 

If you've ordered more than 1 item, the products ordered may be from different manufacturers & may arrive in different packages. This is why you may receive more than 1 tracking #

Please don’t worry if your item doesn’t arrive right away. We promise it’s been shipped & is on the way! During the holiday season, orders may take a little longer

Personalized items 

All personalized items such as jewelry have a processing time between 5-10 working days before shipping

 

TRACKING

A tracking number will be sent to you within 5 working days after your order has been processed & shipped

 

Tracking number doesn't work?

Most packages cannot be tracked until they reach a certain destination. Please give it a couple days

 

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We always ship to the addresses provided to us at checkout. We are not responsible for any packages delivered to incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for unclaimed packages at the door or your local post office. 

 

Order changes

Please make sure all information is correct. We are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed. We do not offer cancellations. Your order is quickly processed and the information is automatically sent to our shipping department
