Intructions:
1. Clean teeth
2. Remove cap + twist until serum comes out from the brush
3. Apply a thin layer of gel to teeth but don't close your mouth for 30 seconds after applying
4. Close your mouth for 20 minutes
5. Don't eat or drink for 30 minutes
6. Repeat up to twice daily for 7 days best results. Then repeat weekly touch ups
